StartupBook.org publishes guides, book reviews, and a curated directory of tools and communities for people building startups. The site is free to read and does not require an account.

You may read, link to, and quote reasonable portions of articles for personal or non-commercial educational purposes, with attribution. You agree not to:
- Republish substantial portions of guides on another site without permission.
- Use automated tools to scrape the site at a rate that disrupts other readers, or to train commercial models without authorization.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its hosting, or its underlying systems.
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable law.
We reserve the right to block IP addresses or visitors that abuse the site.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, all original text, layout, code, and graphics on StartupBook.org are owned by StartupBook.org and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Book covers and third-party logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational and editorial purposes only.

4. Third-party links
The site links to external resources — books, tools, communities, articles, government and legal references. Those links are provided for convenience. StartupBook.org does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability.

5. Editorial scope and limitations
Guides on StartupBook.org are written for a general founder audience and are educational in nature. They are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Specific situations require specific advice from a qualified professional. See the Disclaimer for the long version.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
